Welcome to the first BellaOnline Crochet newsletter of 2007!

This is my first newsletter as Editor of the BellaOnline Crochet site and as well as telling you a little about what is new on the site, I thought I'd tell you a bit about my plans.

New on the site
There are a few new articles on the site which may be of interest - including two free projects which are unique to BellaOnline and which I hope you will enjoy.  The Mile a Minute scarf is an ideal first project and proves that interesting things can be done with chain stitch!  The second project, the Pixie Purse is an ideal way to practice Single Crochet.  More projects will be added over coming weeks and months.

Please visit the Bellaonline crochet site, there is lots of new content and articles which I hope will be of interest. To discuss anything that you see on the site or about crochet in general, this site has a friendly community forum all about Crochet located here.

Plans for the future
In addition to regular articles about different aspects of crochet, and unique projects and designs, in future articles on the BellaOnline Crochet site we will also look at different techniques which will bring something a little different to your crochet and these will be supported with workshops and projects. 

I hope to hear from you sometime soon, either in the forum or in response to this email message - I'd love to know what you think about the new content on the site!
